The $1,250 Longevity Blueprint: Four Tests, One Review

The Longevity Blueprint at Custom Fit costs $1,250 and includes four assessments: a DEXA body-composition scan, a VO₂ max test, advanced bloodwork, and Nutrigenomix genetic testing. A 30-minute results review with a Registered Dietitian is also included.
Each assessment contributes a different type of information. The review gives you time to ask questions and discuss how the findings relate to your nutrition and training priorities. Here is what you receive and how the appointments fit together.
The four tests included in the Blueprint
1. DEXA body composition
A DEXA scan provides total and regional body-composition information, including fat mass, lean tissue, and estimated visceral fat. Your report can serve as a baseline for future comparisons. At Custom Fit, DEXA scans are performed and analyzed by a Registered Dietitian or Exercise Physiologist.
DEXA scans take place at 323 Octavia Street in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. Our body-composition service does not diagnose osteoporosis or replace a medical bone-density examination.
2. VO₂ max testing
A VO₂ max test assesses aerobic fitness during exercise. The report includes a VO₂ max result and personalized heart-rate training zones. It adds information about cardiovascular fitness alongside the body-composition findings from DEXA.
3. Advanced bloodwork
The Blueprint includes an advanced bloodwork panel with more than 50 markers. The listed categories include blood sugar, cardiovascular, thyroid, hormone, nutrient, liver, kidney, and inflammation markers. Review the current panel with the team if you have a question about a specific marker.
4. Nutrigenomix genetic testing
Nutrigenomix testing explores genetic tendencies related to nutrition and fitness. Those findings are considered alongside your current results, habits, and goals. Genetic tendencies do not replace a conversation about how you actually eat, train, and feel.
What happens in the Registered Dietitian review?
Once the results are available, your included 30-minute review is an opportunity to connect the findings, ask questions, and identify practical nutrition and training priorities. Bring the questions you want answered rather than feeling you need to interpret every number in advance.
You might ask which finding is most relevant to your original goal, what additional context would be useful, or how to discuss the results with your existing healthcare provider. The Blueprint supports fitness and nutrition planning; it is not a replacement for medical care.
Appointments and results arrive on different timelines
After purchase, the Custom Fit team coordinates the four assessments. DEXA and VO₂ max reports are available immediately after those tests. The service page lists typical turnaround times of 3–5 days for bloodwork and 2–3 weeks for Nutrigenomix results. These are typical timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Follow the preparation instructions provided for each test. The team confirms appointment availability and locations for VO₂ max, bloodwork, and genetic testing; DEXA is performed at 323 Octavia Street.
