- Two Personal Training Sessions: Two 60-minute sessions to assess movement mechanics, address injury concerns, set goals, and establish training expectations.
- Nutrition Consult with a Registered Dietitian: Discuss your goals, ask questions, with the option to review your DEXA scan and learn more about working with a Dietitian.
- A DEXA Scan: The gold standard for body composition analysis, measuring muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, bone density, and more to guide your training and nutrition plan.
