Start with the most important appointment of the day.
Early training can create consistency before meetings, commuting demands, and work emergencies have a chance to change the plan.

Custom Fit is bringing individualized coaching, performance testing, and Registered Dietitian nutrition support to 570 Battery Street—serving the Financial District, Jackson Square, the Embarcadero, Chinatown, and North Beach.
They need a plan that works within real constraints: early meetings, long workdays, business travel, unpredictable meals, physical stress from sitting, and limited time to train. Custom Fit Battery Street is being designed around those realities.
Instead of expecting you to assemble your own program in a large commercial gym, Custom Fit provides individualized coaching and a coordinated system for measuring progress. Your trainer helps determine what to prioritize, what to do during each appointment, and how to maintain momentum when work or travel disrupts the normal week.
Your program begins with your current capacity, training history, previous injuries, schedule, and goals. Sessions may focus on building muscle, reducing fat while preserving lean mass, improving mobility after long hours at a desk, increasing cardiovascular fitness, preparing for a race or recreational sport, or developing the strength and balance associated with long-term independence.
You do not need to arrive with a workout plan. Creating, teaching, and adapting the plan is part of your coach’s role. The objective is not only to complete workouts. It is to use your limited training time intelligently and become stronger, healthier, and more capable.
Early training can create consistency before meetings, commuting demands, and work emergencies have a chance to change the plan.
Programming can be organized around the time available, with enough work to create progress and no unnecessary volume added merely to fill the appointment.
Arrive to a prepared session after a mentally demanding day. Your trainer adjusts the plan around current energy, recovery, and the larger objective.
The final Battery Street service mix will depend on equipment, staffing, and regulatory requirements. Until confirmed, the Custom Fit team can coordinate services across the San Francisco studio network.
Individual programming and coaching for strength, movement, body composition, sport performance, and longevity. The program changes as your capacity, schedule, and goals change.
Explore personal training →Measure fat mass, lean mass, regional composition, body-fat percentage, and estimated visceral fat instead of interpreting every change through scale weight.

Explore VO₂ Max + RMR →Create strategies for restaurant meals, airports, hotels, demanding schedules, body composition, performance, recovery, and metabolic health.
Explore nutrition coaching →Use 3D gait and force diagnostics when running mechanics, asymmetries, footwear decisions, or performance questions require deeper assessment.

Explore the Longevity Blueprint →Battery Street places the new studio near some of downtown San Francisco’s most recognizable architecture, business corridors, and commuter routes.

Public transit and preselected garages will usually be more predictable than searching for curb parking immediately before an appointment.
Both stations provide regional BART and Muni Metro access. Walking time depends on the station exit and route, so use live directions rather than publishing a fixed minute estimate.
Clients arriving by ferry can continue north along the Embarcadero or walk inland through the Financial District toward Battery Street.
These city-operated garages are common downtown options. Private facilities are also located around Battery, Front, Pine, and Bush streets. Confirm hours and closing times.
Do not rely on finding a space next to the studio. Check every sign and allow extra time for weekday Financial District traffic.
The Battery Street location creates a natural hub for employers, executive teams, healthcare partners, and professional organizations seeking more substantive wellness programming.
One client came to Custom Fit after years of managing their own sports and fitness pursuits. When life circumstances changed, the strategies that had worked independently were no longer producing the same progress, and the client decided to ask a professional for help.
The trainer deliberately kept the program simple and effective. Instead of trying to impress the client with complicated exercises, the coach introduced training that addressed needs the client had not recognized alone. The client later described the coach as instrumental in helping them move forward with their health and fitness.
This is the relationship Custom Fit intends to bring to Battery Street: guidance that respects a client’s existing knowledge while providing a more objective perspective, a coherent progression, and accountability when the old approach no longer works.
The studio is coming soon. We are aiming for a Fall 2026 opening date.
