Our Remote Training Manager designs a customized program that fits your schedule, equipment, and training preferences.
Your program starts with a 90-minute personal training session to walk through key movements, ensure proper form, and set you up for long-term success.
Each 6-week training block is delivered through Train Heroic with exercise breakdowns, sets, reps, and progression strategies, making it easy to follow and adapt.
Every plan includes a DEXA scan, so you can measure real changes in muscle, fat, and overall fitness—not just rely on the scale.
Training and nutrition go hand in hand. A 30-minute consultation helps align your eating habits with your fitness goals, ensuring you're fueling properly for results.
Once you have your personalized program, it's yours to keep—allowing you to revisit, refine, and repeat your training anytime to continue progressing at your own pace.

HOW DOES REMOTE TRAINING WORK?
Our Remote Programs follow a proven three-phase approach, each phase lasting 4–6 weeks:
- Phase 1: Compound Functional Hypertrophy
Focus on building muscle and perfecting foundational movements. - Phase 2: Adaptive Strength & Conditioning
Develop strength and work capacity for heavier loads. - Phase 3: Athletic Performance
Enhance athletic movement, strength, and explosive power.
Each phase is tailored to your fitness level, goals, time constraints, and available equipment, ensuring a fully customized and results-driven experience.

HOW TO GET STARTED
- Submit Your Intake Form: After checkout, follow the link to complete the Remote Training Intake Form so we can learn more about your goals, preferences, and equipment.
- We’ll follow up: Our Manager of Online Personal Training, Brandon Tran, will contact you with all the details to begin your program.
Personal and Partner Training: All sessions expire one year from date of purchase. 24 hour cancellation policy. We refund 50% of unused sessions.
Remote Training: * Workouts don’t expire and stay on your Train Heroic account as long as it is active.
