Custom Fit for Teams
Give employees access to objective testing, personal training, and recovery through a Custom Fit program designed around your company’s priorities and the services your team will actually use.

Employee wellness does not have to mean another app, challenge, or blanket gym membership.
Custom Fit works with companies to sponsor individual health and performance services for their employees.
That can mean establishing useful baselines through testing, working one-on-one with a coach, incorporating recovery, or combining several services into a larger program.
Instead of asking everyone to follow the same plan, participating employees receive an experience built around their own starting point while the company funds a clearly defined program.
Company-Sponsored Testing
Longevity Testing is a core part of the Custom Fit corporate offering.
Companies can sponsor testing as a standalone offer or combine it with personal training and recovery for a complete health and fitness program.
Depending on the program, testing can include:
A detailed look at lean mass, fat mass, and overall body composition.
An objective measure of aerobic fitness that can establish a useful baseline for cardiovascular performance.
A deeper look at selected health and performance markers, paired with individual interpretation.
A practical assessment of strength and physical capacity.
Participants receive a private review of their individual results so they leave with context around the information they received. A single test establishes a useful baseline, while repeat testing can create meaningful checkpoints over time.
Individual Coaching
Information becomes more useful when someone knows what to do with it.
Personal training can be incorporated into a corporate partnership as its own employee benefit or as a next step following testing.
Coaching is individualized around the employee’s goals, experience, schedule, and starting point rather than built from a single company-wide program.
Depending on the partnership, companies can sponsor a defined number of sessions or another structured training arrangement based on participation and available capacity.
Recovery
Training is only part of the picture.
Busy schedules, travel, work demands, and physical activity all affect how consistently people can perform.
Recovery services can be incorporated alongside testing and personal training or selected independently as part of the company program.
The exact offering is determined around employee needs, program scope, location, and available capacity.
A Focused Starting Point
For companies that want to begin with a clearly defined experience, Custom Fit can start with a 10-person testing pilot.
Each participant receives:
The pilot gives each employee an individualized health and performance experience while giving the company a manageable way to begin working with Custom Fit.
A pilot is optional. Companies can also discuss a larger or differently structured program from the start.
Explore the Testing PilotProgram Structure
Corporate partnerships are built around specific services and agreed participation rules rather than unlimited access.
A program may include:
Define who can participate and how many employees the company expects to serve.
Assign agreed services or quantities to each participant so the benefit reaches the employees it is intended to support.
Create a defined booking period and stagger appointments across the agreed delivery window.
Where these services are included, access can be scoped separately based on the company program and current capacity.
Cancellation, no-show, unused-service, employee contribution, and other administrative terms are agreed before launch.
The exact administration model is finalized as part of the company proposal.
Employee Privacy
Individual testing information belongs in an individual conversation.
Employees receive their own results and private review with each appointment. Individual test results are not delivered to the employer.
Any company-level reporting—such as agreed participation, utilization, or billing information—is defined separately as part of the partnership.
Privacy, consent, and reporting terms are finalized before employees begin participating.
San Francisco Access
Custom Fit’s multi-location model creates the potential to make participation more convenient across the workweek.
Battery Street serves as our downtown anchor, supporting personal training, recovery, VO₂ max testing, and strength assessments for corporate programs.
Our Hayes Valley location offers another option for employees who may find it more convenient, with access to Custom Fit’s broader range of testing, training, and recovery services.
Tailored Partnerships
There is no universal annual package or required spend.
Some companies may want a focused testing cohort. Others may want testing combined with personal training, recovery, or selected ongoing services.
We scope each partnership around:
What you want the benefit to provide and which services matter most.
Who is eligible and how many people you expect to participate.
Testing, personal training, recovery, or a selected combination.
The number of tests, sessions, or other agreed services being funded.
A focused cohort, defined program window, or longer-term arrangement.
Location, scheduling, capacity, administration, and other operational needs.
Once the scope is established, Custom Fit develops a proposal and quote around the program.
