Custom Fit is on Market Street, just west of Octavia, at the western end of the Market corridor. For anyone living in the Mid-Market towers or working in the offices along Market, it is a few minutes down the same street — by streetcar, Metro, or on foot. Training here begins before the first workout, with measurement. We scan your body composition, test your cardiovascular ceiling, and build your program around what the data shows, not what a generic plan assumes.

What personal training here includes
Every program at Custom Fit includes unlimited DEXA and VO₂ max testing. Diagnostics are usually sold separately, or not offered at all. Here they are built in — the scan that sets your baseline and every retest that measures your progress come with your membership. It is what lets us train on evidence instead of assumption.

Getting to the studio from Hayes Valley
The studio is on Market Street, just west of Octavia, next to the SF LGBT Center — at the western end of the corridor.
- By Streetcar: the F-line runs the length of Market Street, with a stop steps from the studio. From anywhere in Mid-Market, it is the simplest way down.
- By Metro and BART: Van Ness Station is a few blocks northeast and Church Street Station a few blocks southwest, both on the J, K, L, M, and N lines. The BART Civic Center Station is a short distance northeast on Market.
- By car: the Central Freeway on-ramp is directly across Market, which makes the studio an easy stop for clients driving in from the Peninsula. Metered street parking is available nearby.

- Fill Out the Intake Form: Complete the Personal Training Intake Form, where you can share your training goals, history, and preferences. This step ensures we pair you with the trainer and nutritionist best suited to your needs.
- Complete Payment: You will have the opportunity to complete your payment of $295 online. Afterwards, we will reach out with a personal trainer + dietitian pairing.
