One of the most common complaints I hear when I bring up the idea of smoothies is that they just aren’t filling enough. If this sounds familiar, you may want to rethink your drink! Smoothies are usually packed full of healthy fiber, which helps us stay full longer, but what many smoothies are lacking is protein and healthy fat. The mojito green smoothie is balanced in all of it’s macronutrients and fiber, so you’ll feel satisfied while you’re drinking it and after you’re done.
