VALD Force Deck Testing

 
 

Custom Fit has recently partnered with Coach Thomas of VeRT Studio to offer a unique fitness assessment using the VALD Force Decks.

Force Decks work by analyzing the pressure applied to the system when a certain movement is performed. There are over 200 ways to test on the VALD system and a few of the benefits include:

  • Objective strength and power of specific muscle groups

  • Force production, strength imbalances, and explosive power

  • Range of movement around joints

  • Effectiveness and symmetry when performing dynamic movements
